Return Policy

To initiate a return, for dreampad and ebonysbailey products, please send an email to help@ebonysbailey.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Reason for your return or exchange
• Attach any pictures or documents supporting your claim.

You will receive a response from our team within 72 hours. Depending on the nature of the return, you may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the returned product. Any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY Digital/Instant Downloads, Final Sale Items, Custom Crafted Items or Specialty Items (as they are produced on demand), and Used items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30- 45 days. Please allow up to 30-45 days to receive and process a refund.
